                                       Anand Vs. Supreme Mobiles   CC-263/2021

 

Present:       Sh.Parveen Takshak, Adv. for complainant.

                   Sh. Pardeep Parmar, Adv. for OP no.1.

                   OP no.2 exparte vide order dt.16.09.2022.

 

               

                 The counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical deficiency, he wants to withdraw the present complaint and he may be permitted to file a fresh complaint and prayed for to return the original documents, if any, on file. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                 In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the appropriate court/competent authority as per law. Original documents, if any, attached with the present complaint, be returned to the complainant after retaining copy of the same on file.

                   Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
