Present: -     Sh.Jagdish Sheoran, Advocate for Complainant.        

         Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want to proceed further with the complaint due to technical defect and same be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint after curing the technical defect before appropriate court of law. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after curing the technical defect before the appropriate court of law.. Original documents be returned after placing the photocopy of the same on the case file and certified copy of the order be supplied to the party free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
