Heard both sides.  Admit.  Heard forthwith with the consent of both the parties.

(1)          These Revision Petitions bearing Nos.117/2010, 118/2010, 119/2010 and 120/2010, are disposed of by common judgement since they involved identical facts and common questions of law.

(2)          The backdrop of the facts are that, at the stage of arguments the Opposite Party wanted to amend their written version and to make application accordingly.  Forum below did not allow their such request observing that point of law can be raised at any time and concession was given by allowing Opposite Party to file an affidavit in evidence and both parties are allowed to adduce their additional evidence accordingly.  The Forum below while observing so given opportunity to both sides to lead their evidence on the point of law and also allowed the Complainants to file rejoinder to the same, if new facts are introduced in the said affidavit.  So, considering the totality of the circumstances the order passed by the Forum below cannot be faulted with.  In the circumstances, we find no merit in the Revision Petitions and holding accordingly, pass the following order:

O  R  D  E  R

     (i)       Revision Petition Nos.117/2010, 118/2010, 119/2010 and 120/2010 stand dismissed.

    (ii)       In the circumstances, no order as to costs.
