                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.05 P.M. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. 

                   The authorized representative of the OP submitted that a compromise has been arrived between the complainant and OP no. 1 and the complainant has paid the balance amount to OP no. 1 and OP no. 1 has delivered the documents of the vehicle to the complainant and he submitted a written acknowledgment stated to be of the complainant.  His statement recorded separately.

                   The complaint of the complainant is dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room.
