            Counsels want to make a statement. Let it be recorded:

            Statement of Sh. Piyush Aggarwal, Counsel for the OP without oath:

            I on behalf of the OP state that the OP is ready and willing to handover the possession of the Flat No. 2/1202 to the Complainant without charging any amount towards interest. I, however, make it clear that the complainant is liable to pay an amount of Rs. 2.50 Lakhs to the OP. The OP shall not charge any other amount on any count whatsoever from the complainant except the aforesaid amount of Rs. 2.50 Lakhs. OP shall get the conveyance deed registered in the name of the complainant within a period of sixty days from the date the complainant fulfils all the necessary formalities in this behalf. The expenditure towards effecting the conveyance deed shall be borne by the complainant.

            Statement of Sh. Subir Singh, on oath:

            I have heard the statement made by Sh. Piyush Aggarwal, Counsel for the OP. I accept the same as correct. I, therefore, do not press my complaint further. I undertake to pay to the OP an amount of Rs. 2.50 Lakhs within a period of one week from today by way of bank draft. I, further undertake to complete all the formalities required for execution of the conveyance deed. I shall bear all the expenditure in this behalf.
