                    It has been stated on behalf of the counsel for the OP no. 1 that the case has been compromised with the complainant by OP no. 1 and the amount has been paid under the compromise to the complainant.

                    On the last date of hearing also none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Case called several times since morning.  It is now 03.10 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed in default.  File be consigned to the record room.
