      This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to direct  the opposite parties to set-aside the electricity bill dated 17-11-2014 covering the months of September, October and November, 2014 relating to agricultural service category No.III bearing No.3531147000906 of Kodur village, T.P.Gudur Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District and grant costs of the complaint.                                                        .         

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri N. Sreenivasulu Reddy, advocate for the complainant and   Sri K. Padmanabhaiah, advocate for the opposite parties and this Forum made the following:
