Both parties present. Talk held. Settled in the following terms.
Opposite party 2 agreed to settle the matter by receiving Rs.30,000/- altogether out of which Rs.15,000/- shall be paid by the complainant within one week at the P.H section Kottarakkara and in such event the 2nd opposite party shall cause to give reconnection of the water supply at the premises of the complainant’s firm on that day itself or on the next day. The complainant agreed to pay the balance within 3 months from today failing which the opposite parties shall have the right to disconnect the water supply without any further notice.
Both parties agree for the above terms.
In the result complaint closed.
