Complainant allowed. The Opposite Party MESCOM (represented by Opposite Parties No.1 and 2) and the Cable Operator Opposite Party  No.3 are equally liable to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the complainant with interest thereon at 12% per annum from the date of this order till payment with Rs. 1,000/-  costs of this proceeding. The Opposite Parties shall pay the aforesaid amount to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of this order.
