Sri. KNB files Vakalath and JDr files Memo with certain documents.  Perused.  In view of the documents submitted, write to AG Office enclosing copy of the AG statement to send Rs.30,829/- under GPF due to Sri. Narayanappa.S., former employee of Government Juvenile Home, Muskam, KGF to this Forum, to pay to the Decree Holder.  Pay as and when received to the Decree Holder and File.

Decree Holder is at liberty to recover the balance amount from Sri. Narayanappa.S. as is deemed fit since the loanee has retired from service.
