The complainant is present.

As submitted by the complainant the OP superintendent of Head Post Office Suri solve the problem to maintain the account of the complaint properly for which the complainant able to maintain deposit and withdraw from his said account bearing S.B. A/C No. 5615717231.

As the complainant is able to maintain the said account and he has no grievance against the Op

So, we do not find any impediment to settle the case.

Hence,

                O R D E R E D

                                           that CC Case No. 80/2018 be and the same is disposed of  on settlement through Lok Adalat and CC case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.

 

                  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
