The record is placed before the Lok Adalat.

            Both the parties appeared personally. The O.P admits that due to the conversation from offline system to online system some mistakes were there and they have already rectify the same and the O.P has given proposal to the complainant that if he is willing to withdraw the amount on the basis of premium which have already been deposited then the post office is ready to allow the same and if the complainant is willing to pay the rest premium then the post office will ready to pay the entire amount of policy calculating the depositing the rest premium and O.P is ready to disburse the amount as early as possible if the complainant informed the post office regarding which term he will accept. The complainant is directed to post office immediately the matter has been settled. Both parties are directed to inform this Commission after disbursing the amount.
