This record is placed before the Lok adalat held at civil Court premises as fixed earlier for commination of petition sent by the complainant through post which was received by this forum on 18.1.13 on this petition complainant intimated that the op has attended the complainant raised by the complainant during of the proceeding and he has no other demand left against the ops.this petition saved on the op whose authorized person also present today and filed Hazira and also submitted that the ops has already settled the grievance of the complainant.Hence are think it will be reparable to drop/close the case as the ops has already complied the grievance of the complainant and complainant has also intimated this forum regarding this and has no other demand left against the op.

Accordingly the case complainant petition is closed/dropped before the Lok adalat as amicably settled between the parties.
