OP is represented by learned counsel.

Complainant filed petition (Ptn. No. 33) stating, inter alia, that the subject matter of this case, in respect of Policy No. RAS-EA 185076, has been amicably settled and in view of this position complainant prays for allowing her to withdraw the case.

Learned counsel for the OP received the copy of the petition (Ptn. No. 33) without any objection. Heard learned counsel of both the parties. Both the parties agree that the matter has been amicably settled.

In view of the above this petition (Ptn. No. 33) is allowed. Complainant is allowed to withdraw this case as prayed for.

Petition No. 33 shall form part of this order.

This case stand disposed of accordingly.
