Complainant and O.P. no.1 & 2 file advocate’s  hajira.

Today is fixed for payment by the O.Ps. as special chance.  Ld. G.P. on behalf of O.P. no.1 & 2 files a copy of letter issued by the Superintendent of Police, Bankura in the name of Ld. G.P. vide memo no.320 / Legal Cell dated 15-11-2017 along with a photocopy of report showing bills passed by P.A.O. / Treasury which shows that a total amount of Rs.1,00,839/- has been sent to the Local Treasury of Bankura for Payment through HRMS / E.C.S. and disbursed to the claimant.  Copy served.

Ld. Advocate of the Complainant submitted that Complainant has received the amount in full with full satisfaction and does not want to proceed with the case.  Ld. Lawyer also submitted the written statement of the Complainant in this regard.  Considering the statement of the Complainant we have decided to dispose of the case. 

Hence,

                                                                      ORDERED

That the C.C. no.65 of 2014 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction of the Complainant.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
