Seen the order dt. 24.08.2023 of RBT/CC/315/2020.

The application dt. 03.08.2023 of the Complainant is taken up for hearing.

Heard both sides.

Having gone through the contents of the application and hearing the submissions of the Ld. Counsel of the respective parties, this Commission is of the view that this is quite a formal application where Petitioner/Complainant has only want to established that OP 2 being the ‘Max Bupa’ has changed their name as ‘Niva Bupa’.

In view of that the prayer of Petitioner/Complainant is allowed and with this observation the instant MA being no. 218/2023 is disposed of.
