Present:-      Shri Ved Parkash, Complainant.

 

                   Today, the complaint is fixed for consideration on its admissibility. During consideration, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same, seeking liberty to file it afresh, before the appropriate authority/Tribunal/Competent Court etc.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh, before the Appropriate Authority/Tribunal/Competent Court etc.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the Complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
