          This is an application for condonation of alleged delay of 26 days on the part of the Applicant/Appellant in preferring an appeal bearing No.283 of 2013 challenging the order dated 29/07/2013 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sangli.

[2]     We have heard Adv. Smt. Arpana Pereira on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant and Adv. S. S. Jinsiwale on behalf of the Non-Applicant/Respondent.  We have also perused the record.

[3]     Though the Learned Counsel for the Non-Applicant/Respondent has a very strong objection to allow the present application for condonation, since the Non-Applicant/Respondent has also filed an appeal bearing No.258 of 2013, challenging the same order, we are inclined to allow present application for delay.  We hold accordingly and pass the following order:-

ORDER

Miscellaneous Application No.148 of 2013 seeking condonation of delay in filing appeal bearing No.283 of 2013 is hereby allowed.  Consequently, delay in filing appeal stands condoned.

No order as to costs.
