ORDER

The complainants and O.Ps file hazira.

The petition dated 30.08.17 filed by the complainants for amendment of the complaint is taken up for hearing. The petition be treated as Mis. Case No. 31/2017.

O.Ps have contested the application without filing any formal objection.

Heard both sides. Objection is raised by O.Ps.

We find that the amendment sought for is formal in nature and will not change the nature and character of the case in any way.

Accordingly prayer is liable to be allowed.

Hence ordered,

the petition dated 30.08.17 filed by the complainant for amendment of the complaint i.e.  Mis. Case No. 31/2017 is allowed on contest but without any cost.

Thus MA is disposed of accordingly.

Amend the complaint accordingly.

Fix 28.12.2017 for filing additional evidence, if any, of the complainant and amended copy of the complaint.
