Both the parties are found absent.No steps taken either the party.It is seen from the order sheet that the complainant did not turn up to this forum and he is remaining absent in this case from 9.5.18,6.6.18,27.6.18,20.7.18,24.9.18,31.10.18,30.11.18,28.12.18,29.1.19,19.2.19,27.3.19,17.4.19,6.5.19,4.6.19,2.7.19,31.7.19,28.8.19. Today the complainant has not taken any steps also.It is to say that the complainant did not any steps after receiving the interim order passed in misc case No 5 of 2018 on 5.4.18 on 5.4.18.It is presumed that the complainant is remove interested to proceed further with this case further.Hence case is dismissed due to default of the complainant.
