ORDER

The Complainant in C.C 215/06 Sri.Santhoshkumar Has Filed a complaint against the superintendent Head Post Office, Making certain allegation against the opposite party in respect of his monthly income scheme. After filing this complaint, he has by over sight filed another complaint,which has been numbered as C.C.217/06. the learned counsel for the opposite party has filed his version and affidavit in CC 215/06. It has now come to the notice of this Forum that both the complainants are in respect of the same MIS of the complainantand the opposite parties are the same. He was advised to take back CC 217/06 and sufficient time was granted to get it Closed. as he did not follow our Direction, we arepassing this order closing CC 217/06 as infructions in view of the pendency of complainant's CC 215/06 on the same cause of action.In voew of this,we proceed to pass the following order.
