[1]     This appeal was lying on sine-die list which was taken out.  Notices were issued to both the parties.  Notice of the appellant is returned back with endorsement “not known”.  Notice sent to the respondent is also returned with endorsement ‘left’.  Present appeal is pending since 1998.  No latest address of the appellant is available with this Commission.  Appellant has not informed its latest address to the Commission.  It is not desirable to prolong the old matter when the appellant is not interested to contest the appeal diligently. No one turned up on behalf of the appellant to make enquiry about progress of this appeal.  So also, this State Commission has no means to find out the latest address of the appellant.  Hence, appeal stands dismissed in default.  No order as to costs.
