CHANDIGARH Complaint Case No. 444 of 2010 Chandrika Bansal w/o Manoj Kumar Bansal r/o PG College Residence, Villa Round, Nahan, District Sirmaur, HP. – Complainant Versus Super Chemists through its Proprietor, Shop No.2, Under Ramp-B, Nehru Hospital, Sector 12, PGI, Chandigarh. - Opposite Party Present: Sh.Abhinav Kansal, Advocate for Complainant. Sh.Vishal Gupta, Advocate for OP. Dated, the 29th day of October, 2010. ORDER 1. This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by counsel for the parties is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Vishal Gupta, Advocate for OP. The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP will pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Fourty Thousand Only) to the complainant within a period of 7 days from today i.e. 29.10.2010 towards full and final settlement of the present complaint. Statement of Sh.Abhinav Kansal, Advocate for Complainant. I accept the above statement given by Sh.Vishal Gupta, Advocate for OP. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.” 2. In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP would pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Fourty Thousand Only) to the complainant within a period of 7 days from today i.e. 29.10.2010 towards full and final settlement of the present complaint 3.
