Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the case will not be dismissed for default and adducing evidence by the complainant.

 On scrutiny of the record it appears that the complainant has absent consecutive four dates even cause not shown today as per order dated 05/11/2014 and he has failed to adduce evidence in support of his case. Today the complainant is absent without any intimation.

In view of the above discussions it is clear that the complainant has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

that the CC No. 75/2014 is dismissed for default without cost.
