          The notice was prepared to be served by the complainant upon the OP, however the repeated directions have not been complied. The notice was prepared to be collected by the complainant, however, the complainant failed to collect the same. It was last opportunity for today but complainant failed to avail this concession to collect the notice to be posted to the OP.

          It appears the complainant is not interest to prosecute the complainant, therefore, the complaint is dismissed for want of appearance as well as for want of prosecution. File be consigned to record room after proper pagination. Registry is directed to upload the order on the website and copy of this order be sent to the both parties.
