                   Notice issued to complainant not received back either served or unserved. Perusal of the file reveals that present complaint was filed on 09.07.2019 regarding the deficiency in service for repairing the Kent RO and Sh. Manish Kumar, Area Service Manager appeared on 25.11.2019 but from 19.05.2020 onwards complainant failed to turn up despite granting 10 effective opportunities. Court notice was issued to complainant for today but not received back.

              Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Waited sufficiently. It is already 3.30 P.M. Further wait is not justified. So, it appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue with his complaint and as such, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room
