          It appears from order no. 17 dt. 05.04.2023 that the aforesaid record fixed for hearing and payment of balance amount of Rs. 9,89,971/- by the complainant.

          On that day complainant did not take any steps.

          So the complainant was directed to show cause on this day.

          Today is also complainant is absent without any steps. It is now 1:05 PM.

          Under the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the complaint case for non compliance of the order passed by this Commission by the complainant.

          So, the case being no. CC/523/2018 is dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to the costs.
