Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

The complainant is absent on repeated call.  No cause showing by the complainant in terms of order dated 25.04.2022. The Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that he has no instruction as the complainant did not contact with him. Accordingly, he submits for passing necessary order. There is no prayer on the part of the complainant for extension of time to file show cause. Thus, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case anymore. Thus, the complaint is liable to be dismissed.

That the consumer case is dismissed for non prosecution without any cost.
