                    This case has been compromised between the parties in Lok Adalat.  The statement of both the parties recorded separately.  In view of the statement of counsel for OP no. 3, the OP no. 3 is directed to pay Rs. 9700/- through cheque to the complainant within 45 days from the date of passing of this order.  Both the parties shall remain bound by their statement.  Hence the complaint of the complainant is hereby disposed of.  File be consigned to the record room.
