Learend counsel for the OP no.3 suffered a statement  that compromise have been effected between the parties and Samsung Company i.e. OP no.3 will repair the mobile in question free of cost within 30 days. Statement to this effect recorded separately.

Learned counsel for the complainant also suffered a statement  that in view  of statement  given by learned counsel for OP no.3, he want to withdraw the present complaint. In view of this, OP no.3  is directed to repair the mobile in question within 30 days from today. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
