                   At this stage, complainant appeared in person along with Sh. Deepanshu, Adv. who appeared for Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, Adv. on behalf of OP No.3.

                    Sh. Deepanshu, Adv. filed vakalatnama of Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva on behalf of respondent No.3 and made a statement that OP No. 3 will make the payment of Rs. 14,300/-to the complainant towards full and final settlement of his claim. He also stated that the OP No. 3 shall make the payment of compromise amount of Rs. 14,300/-within 45 days from the date of order, subject to deposit of original mobile handset along with accessories and original bill with the service centre at Bhiwani.

                     The complainant also stated that he has heard the statement of OP No.3 and agreed to receive the amount of Rs. 14,300/-with full and final settlement of the claim. He also stated that he will deposit the original mobile set along with accessories and bill with the service centre of OP No. 3 and further stated that he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                     Statement of the parties recorded separately.

                     In view of above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn by complainant being fully satisfied. However, the parties shall be bound by their own statements mentioned above. The copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.

                     File be consigned to the record-room.
