The appellants are the opposite parties in OP.102/03 in the file of CDRF, Thrissur.  The complaint stands allowed as such along with an order to pay cost of Rs.1000/-.

2.      The claim is for a sum of Rs.6,80,000/-.  The appellants were set exparte.  The order is not a considered order.  It is stated in the Appeal Memorandum that the Lawyer from Ernakulam who was entrusted with the matter failed to make representation before the Forum.  It is submitted that the version has been filed along with documents.

  3.    In the circumstances the order of the Forum is set aside on condition that the opposite party/appellants pay a sum of Rs.7500/- to the complainant or deposit the same before the Forum which can be withdrawn by the complainant.  On deposit of the above amount the Forum will permit both sides to adduce evidence and dispose of the matter on merits.  The Forum will issue notice to the complainant.  The matter stands posted before the Forum on 30/4/2011.

Office will forward a copy of this order to the Forum.
