ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to Rs.1,600/- being the value of the silk saree and Rs.300/- as compensation for the mental and physical agony that he has suffered together with Rs.100/- towards the costs of this proceedings. Further the respondent shall pay Rs.1,900/- to the complainant being the value of the silk saree inclusive of Rs.300/- as compensation for the mental and physical agony that he has suffered together with Rs.100/- towards the costs of this proceedings, apart from bearing their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to bothsides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
