Fora below have allowed the complaint because the petitioner had failed to sign a form presented by the respondent to enable him to claim the benefit under Yeshaswini Farmer Healthcare Scheme, as a result of which the respondent could not get the benefit under the scheme and made to pay Rs.18.972/-.  The fora below have rightly held that the petitioners had deliberately refused to sign the form, as a result of which the respondent suffered and had to deposit Rs.18,972/-.   The petitioners have been directed to reimburse the loss of Rs.18,972/- along with costs of Rs.3,000/-.  Dismissed.

          The period to pay the amount (minus the amount which may already have been paid to the respondent) is extended by another 30 days from today, failing which the amount of Rs.18,972/- shall carry interest at the rate of 10%, as per directions issued by the District Forum.
