Mehar Singh etc versus Sunita etc.

Present:       Sh. S.S.Malik, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh Paras Manocha, Advocate for OP No.2 & 3.

                   OP NO.1 In Person.

                  Heard. As per the compromise of legal heirs Ex.C-1 vide which there is no other legal heir except Sh. Mehar Singh son of sh. Baru Ram, Satya Devi wife of Sh. Mehar Singh, Sunita widow of Sh. Rameshwar and Jivika (Minor) D/o late sh. Rameshwar. Smt. Suinta is the guardian of monir namely Jivika. In such like circumstances Ops No.2 & 3are directed to pay the insured amount to the legal heirs namely Mehar singh, Satya devi, Sunita Devi and Jivika (Minor) is equal share with 30 days,failing which legal heirs are entitled interest on the amount @90% per annum form the date of order till its realization.File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
