            Neither the complainant nor his advocate found present on repeated calls and also not filed any steps to adjourn the case. On perusal of case record it is found that the complainant remained absent from 17.02.2016 to till today. Despite repeated direction to the complainant for furnishing correct address, the complainant failed to comply the same. Moreover the complainant is not taking step to proceed with the case. This Forum sent notice to Opposite Parties vide Registered Letter No. 397 dated 3.6.2016 but the same was returned unserved. The complainant failed to perform his obligatory duty to remain present at the time of hearing as required under Rule 4 Sub Rule 8 of Odisha Consumer Protection Rules, 1987.

            In the result, we dismissed the complaint of the complainant for default of appearance as non-prosecution.

            The order is pronounced on this day of 26th December 2016 under the signature and seal of this Forum. The office is directed to supply copy of order to the parties free of cost and be sent to the server
