          Learned counsel for the appellant filed an application averring that this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn because order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sonepat has already been complied by Sony Authorised Service Centre, Sonepat-opposite party No.1. 

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.17,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant-opposite party No.4 against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
