ORDER

We allow both the appeals and set aside the impugned order of the Lr. District Forum dated 7/2/13 and direct OP No. 1, builder, to return the complainant the said sum of Rs. 1.5 lacs + 8000/- with pending and future interest at the rate of 18%. The amount deposited by OP No. 1, builder, before this Commission on 24/10/13 with accrued interest, if any, shall be paid to the complainant forth with. Balance amount, if any, shall be paid to the complainant within a period of 30 days. Considering the facts parties shall bear their own costs.
