          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act

 

Present:       Complainant in person with Shri Nitin Chhabra, Advocate.

                   OP No.1 ex-parte.

                   Shri Manoj Ichhpilani, Advocate for OPs No.2 to 4.

 

ORDER:

 

                   Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, learned counsel for OPs No.2 to 4 has suffered a statement to the effect that the insurance company is ready to pay Rs.3,52,455.60 towards full and final settlement of policy No.9029339 involved in the present case to the complainant, within a period of two months. Complainant has also made a statement to the effect that in view of above-mentioned statement of counsel for OPs No.2 to 4, he withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied as per compromised amount of Rs.3,52,455.60. Heard.

                   In view of above-mentioned statements, present complaint is hereby disposed of. However, it is made clear that both the parties shall remain bound, by their own respective statements. File be consigned to records, after due compliance.
