Sri Mahendra Nath Mishra, learned Counsel for the revisionists appeared.

Heard learned Counsel for the revisionists and perused impugned order dated 09-03-2017 passed by District Consumer Forum-I, Agra in Complaint No. 57/2017 Sunil Kumar V/s Executive Engineer, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited and another whereby the District Consumer Forum has passed interim order under Section 13 (3B) of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 directing opposite parties of complaint who are revisionists before us to connect the electricity connection of complainant subject to condition that this order shall remain operative till 30-03-2017.

After having gone through the impugned order it is apparent that this order is purely temporary in nature and it has been made effective only upto 30-03-2017. The revisionists/opposite parties have opportunity to raise their objection before District Consumer Forum on 30-03-2017. If such objection is filed before District Consumer Forum, the District Consumer Forum shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law within 15 days.

In view of above present revision is disposed of with liberty to the revisionists to raise their objection before District Consumer Forum on date fixed i.e. 30-03-2017. If such objection is filed before District Consumer Forum, the District Consumer Forum shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law within 15 days.

Let copy of this order be made available to the revisionists as per rules.
