                   File taken up today. Miscellaneous Application No.1875 of 2024 has been filed in the registry of this Commission on 14.11.2024. Through this MA prayer has been sought for preponing the date of hearing from 17.02.2025 as well as for staying operation of impugned order. This Commission is of the opinion that this MA does have any credence. Date already fixed viz. 17.02.2025 is not too far. Through impugned order OP No.3/appellant herein has been directed to return the excess amount of R.30,000/- and Rs.50,000/- to complainant as compensation on account of mental and physical harassment. Consequently, this Commission does not find any reason to stay the impugned order as excess amount charged by appellant has been ordered to be refunded. Request for stay thus stands declined. M.A. 1875 of 2024 stands disposed off accordingly.
