                                               Ravinder  versus Sunil Dube etc.

 

Present:      Complainant in person.

                   OP No.1 in person with Sh.S.C.Thukral, Advocate.

                   OP No.2 ex-parte.

                            

                    Parties have settled their dispute amicably. In view of the same Op No.1 is ready to all install the lighting conductor and also to pay the amount of Rs.8,000/- with 15 days to the complainant. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of complainant and Op No.1 recorded in this context. In view of the same, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised in . File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
