          Heard Adv. Aditi Phatak on behalf of the Applicant/ Appellant.  She files a pursis seeking permission to withdraw the appeal as there is amicable settlement of dispute between the parties outside the Commission.  Relying upon this pursis filed by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant, we permit the Applicant/Appellant to withdraw the appeal.  Hence, we pass the following order:-

Miscellaneous Application No.308 of 2011 seeking condonation of delay in filing Appeal No.584 of 2011 stands dismissed as withdrawn.  Consequently, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.  No order as to costs. 

Inform the parties accordingly.
