          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the case was fixed for compromise in National Lok Adalat.  Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. Now nothing remains due against the OPs, therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. As he has received Rs.17,000/- from the OP No.1. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in National Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
