Present : Sh.Kulwinder Gandhi, complainant in person

                   Sh.Amit Kumar, Area Officer appeared on behalf of opposite parties No.1 & 2 and filed copy of aadhar card as his identification proof. He suffered statement that opposite party No.1 has replaced the Lotus 3 burner HOB with new one and extended warranty of 2 years from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.Kulwinder Gandhi, complainant suffered statement that opposite party No.1 has replaced the Lotus 3 burner HOB with new one and he has received the new piece with extended warranty of 2 years from today and he is now satisfied.  As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, in view of the above statements, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
