          Learned counsel for the appellants has urged that tubewell connection has already been released in the name of complainant and as such, this appeal be dismissed as infructuous.

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.1500/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
