            The O.P. No.2 is present by filing haziras through his respective Ld. Advocate.  The complainant and O.P. No.3 are absent on call.  Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as a last chance.  It is seen from the record that on previous occasions i.e. on 24.7.2017, 24.8.2017 & 15.9.2017, the complainant found absent and she did not take any steps.  On 15.9.2017, finding no other alternative the complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default by the date fixed i.e. on 18.9.2017.  Today also the complainant is found absent and cause has not been shown by the complainant. We find that the complainant has lost her own interest in this case and we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.  Hence, it is

that the consumer complaint case be and the same is dismissed for default without any cost. 

Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
