The record is put up today on the strength of a Put Up petition filed by the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.
Ld. Advocate for the complainant also files another petition supported by an affidavit stating that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case any further as because the matter in dispute has been settled down out of the Commission between the parties and the OP issued “No Objection Certificate” in favour of the complainant in respect of the Loan Account being No. N029100220
He also wants to withdraw the complaint case and prays for passing necessary order.

Perused the complaint, petition for withdrawing the case.
The complainant is personally present before the Commission. The complainant himself is not willing to proceed with the case as his grievance against the O.P has been settled down amicably and he has already got ‘No Objection Certificate” in respect of his Loan Account and he wants to withdraw the case.
So we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.
Hence, it is
O r d e r e d
that the present Consumer Complaint being No.18/2022 be and the same is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
