The matter is posted today for Maha Upabhokta Lok Adalat.        

  On the strength of joint compromise petition filed by both the parties in the present consumer complaint No. 154 of 2021, as per the amicable settlement made between the parties the complainant would pay Rs. 1,60,000/- by way of D.D./Bankers Cheque within dt. 20.12.2022 and the O.P. Company will process the Loan Hypothecation Termination Papers for removal of Hypothecation in the Registration Certificate of the Hypothecated vehicle.  So, in view of the petition filed by both the parties the present consumer complaint is accordingly withdrawn and disposed off.  Issue extract of the order to the concerned parties.
