Counsel for the complainant filed a memo as detailed infra:

            “the complainant filed the FULL SATISFACTION MEMO IN ABOVE CC No.103/2011.  The above CC case is settled out of the court.  I pray the Hon’ble Forum kindly dismissed the CC No.103/2011 without the costs.  Hence this memo.”

          In view of the said memo, the complaint is dismissed without costs as settled.
